Cancellation of applied and signed of packages is not permitted. No refunds can be made from pre-signed packages.
Rider will be able to cancel the search preformed for nearby drivers after selecting the destination. Sailo app is providing flexibility to both riders and drivers to cancel the ride until driver arrives the pick up spot mentioned by rider
